With some hard work and determination, you could more than double your salary in 3 years taking you from Apprentice National Minimum Wage to £22k+. Plus, once you’ve completed your Level 3, you’ll have the option to work on a shift pattern, boosting your salary by another 20%. Let’s not forget you will also avoid £30-60k of student debt!

Our open-door culture means that everyone is respected and has their voice heard. The Board of Directors are involved in day to day activities and you’ll often catch them in the office so say hello if you see them, they don’t bite!
