ANS achieve highest partner distinction from Cisco

Cisco have once again awarded ANS with their Customer Satisfaction Excellence star. The award is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. As a Cisco Gold Partner, ANS participates in Cisco’s Customer Satisfaction program. Cisco sends surveys to ANS customers throughout the year to assess their satisfaction with the services ANS provides and twice a year, Cisco calculates the results from the prior 12 months. As of our last reporting period ending July 2014, ANS has earned Cisco’s highest customer satisfaction rating.

Paul Sweeney, CEO, ANS said of the award: “Customer satisfaction is at the centre of the success we have seen here at ANS. Our customer relationships extend far beyond sales engagement; we pride ourselves on maintaining positive relationships over the long term. ANS will be recognised for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special star indicator representing our achievement. Customers, Cisco personnel and partners will be able to identify ANS as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.
