ANS announces 14th year of profit growth

Financial highlights

  • Revenue growth to £62,655,829 (2016: £46,189,306)
  • Adjusted EBITDA growth to £12,282,506 (2016: £6,789,357)
  • Annualised EBITDA run rate growth in excess of £12m (2016: in excess of £8m)
  • Managed Services contracted gross profit increased 27% to £9.9m (2016: £7.8m)

Cloud and managed services provider, ANS Group, has reported another year of strong growth with revenues in excess of £62.6m for the period ending March 31st 2017.

Results for the company’s financial year revealed EBITDA before one off items at 31st March 2017 of more than £12.2m, following continued demand for its end-to-end cloud and managed services offerings. The company has also secured places on the government’s Technology Products 2, Technology Services 2 and G-Cloud IX procurement frameworks.

Significantly, ANS became both an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Partner and Microsoft Gold Cloud Partner, pushing them firmly into the UK’s number one cloud service provider position. It has continued to strengthen relationships across a broad range of sectors during the last six months, winning a string of new contracts including TrustFord, Salford City Council, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Greencore Group.
