ANS earns highest distinction for Customer Satisfaction
For Cisco partners the Customer Satisfaction Excellence accolade is the ultimate achievement in customer service and is a cornerstone of Cisco’s Partner Program.
In order to achieve the coveted Gold Star status, partners must meet or exceed stringent quarterly targets that indicate exceptional customer service and consistent feedback. The achievement means that customer and partners can recognise ANS as having achieved outstanding customer service in line with Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.
