ANS is NetApp ’s Services Partner of the Year

After winning NetApp UK FlexPod Partner of the Year just last month, ANS has earned Services Partner of the Year at the NetApp EMEA awards in Europe.

Entrants were required to demonstrate continual improvement in delivery of services, consistent adoption of NetApp ‘best practices’, commitment to the development of partner engineers, NetApp training compliance, an on-going reduction in escalated cases, and commitment to service improvement initiatives and expanding service relationships.

ANS’ submission demonstrated the high level capability of both the Managed Services and Professional Services Teams and their commitment to fulfilling the requirements of partner programs and the training of the teams to the highest level, innovative integration of NetApp products and solutions into our managed service offerings, a number of advanced support features including change management and enhanced monitoring capability, and the successful delivery of multiple complex projects to a consistent high standard throughout the year.

ANS’ qualifications and expertise were demonstrated through the inclusion of case studies and customer references from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Addleshaw Goddard, Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, Daniel Thwaites, University of Cumbria and WDS, a Xerox Company.
