ANS offers hand to stricken Phoenix IT Cisco Customers


In light of the news that Phoenix IT Group has been removed from the vendor’s partner program, ANS has urged any stricken Phoenix IT Cisco customers to get in touch to help them with any requirements.

The industry took note last week when Phoenix, a former Cisco Gold Partner, announced the termination of its supply contract from an unnamed supplier, and today it has come to light that the firm’s profits have been hit by termination from Cisco. The Cisco Partner Program offers the highest levels of recognition, and with less than fifty Gold Certified Partners in the UK, news of the expulsion of a top-level partner such as Phoenix is certain to shake up the industry as more details are revealed.

ANS is a long-standing Cisco Gold Partner and the first in the EMEA to receive the Cisco Cloud Builder accreditation. Paul Sweeney, Managing Director at ANS weighed in on the announcement : “This must be a serious issue as I’ve never witnessed a partner of this scale be removed from a partner program and I wouldn’t like to speculate on the reasons behind it.”
