Digital and Cloud Services Provider, ANS Group has been awarded the ISO 20000 certification for IT Service Management. The customer-focused global standard recognises best practices for IT service management and promotes an integrated process approach to ensure customer requirements for managed services are met in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
As part of the assessment process, ANS underwent a comprehensive audit of its service management system including management responsibility, governance of processes operated by others, documentation management, resource management, and continuous improvement.
ANS scored exceptionally highly across all areas with no major or minor corrective actions, no observations and no additional recommendations.
Speaking of the achievement, ANS’ external auditors, Alcumus ISOQAR stated: “ANS’ Service Management System is operating successfully, and the team has clearly spent considerable time in ensuring that the component elements of the system satisfied the requirements of the standard.”
