ANS shortlisted for Manchester Evening News Awards 2012
ANS Group, one of the fastest growing UK providers of cloud or on-premise managed compute, storage and network infrastructures, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Manchester Evening News 2012 Business of the Year Awards.
The awards, now in their 19th-year, recognise excellence in firms of all sizes and sectors, from long-established multi-nationals to start-ups based in the north-west region. Sponsors PwC, the accountancy firm, solicitors Pinsent Masons and The Co-operative Bank are once again supporting the awards – these high level business professionals will be putting the companies through their paces accessing various criteria, including competitiveness, management, financial performance, innovation and customer service to see who truly deserves the title “Manchester Business of the Year”.
Paul Sweeney, MD of ANS Group said: “With such a high standard of entrants every year we were incredibly proud to have won this award a few years agoin the £10m-25m category. As a result of our rapid and consistent year on year growth and continued innovation we have moved up into the £25m-£50m category, and we are delighted to be shortlisted in this larger category with some tough competition. As a Manchester based company this is a fantastic recognition of the continued growth and performance of all of the ANS staff team. We are so proud to once again be announced as a finalist in the MEN Business of the Year Awards.”
