Kirsty joined the ANS Academy in July 2016 as a 2nd Line Technical Analyst. She’s since flourished in her role and is regularly given a shoutout for all her hard work at our quarterly All Staff meeting while also being a big advocate for women in technical roles.
“I didn’t really want to stay in full time education. I didn’t want to be stuck in a classroom all day when I knew I could be earning while learning practical skills. I also love meeting new people. I have such a good laugh with everyone and the atmosphere is mostly quite relaxed.”
Since joining the marketing Team as an apprentice, Leia has made the role her own and showing that with some hard work and dedication, anything is possible. She even earned herself Director’s choice Apprentice of the Year at the 2019 Christmas Party Awards.
