Chris has worked in the IT industry for more than 15 years and having started as an Apprentice at Nortel himself, he has a clear appreciation for those just starting off in the industry.
He subsequently went on to spend the better part of 9 years at IBM. He Initially joined them as a Service Desk Analyst but soon moved up through the Service Delivery arena and gained valuable experience along the way. This included the design and implementation of support teams worldwide whilst in a variety of roles across both Project and BAU Service Delivery. He then moved in to Service Management where he worked on some of IBMs largest EMEA accounts before taking up the role of EMEA Delivery Project Executive on the Sony Europe account.
The experience with enterprise customers has given Chris an exceptional grounding in how to run a Service Delivery Division as demanding as the one at ANS. Since joining ANS, Chris has successfully led the team to becoming one of the first Cisco Master Managed Service Providers in the UK. He has also been instrumental in the service design of all ANS’ current Managed Service offerings as well as the structure and personnel of the teams that execute them on a daily basis.
