As CEO, Paul has led the merger of ANS and UKFast, creating a digital transformation powerhouse that has seen ANS become one of the UK’s leading, independent digital transformation businesses across both the public and private sectors.

Chris is the driving force behind our operations from Professional and Managed Services to People and Transformation. He also helps develop our award–winning delivery organisation. 

With an excellent track record in private equity, Catherine works with the board to identify and assess expansion opportunities.

With extensive experience in large corporates and PE-backed SMEs, Steve leads our Finance and Legal teams whilst driving business strategy.

Nicola is responsible for commercial law, data protection, customer contracts and resolution and governance. She worked alongside external advisers and private equity stakeholders on the merger of ANS and UKFast in March 2022.

Qaiser leads growth projects and strategies from programs to incentives. He has a wide variety of industry experience having spent time in senior roles in double digit growth PE backed companies.

As CTO, Joe leads ANS’ technical vision and strategic direction. He’s progressed through multiple technical roles within the business and has played a pivotal role in transitioning ANS into an end to end digital transformation provider.

Gareth is experienced and focussed on driving enterprise sales growth and delivering ANS’ core objective, to ensure customers receive the best service from ANS by developing long standing strategic partnerships.

Will is the lynchpin between sales and product development ensuring our solutions always deliver value to our customers.

As the driving force behind ANS’ marketing efforts, Olivia unifies the organisation’s sales and marketing strategies to not only drive brand awareness but also generate new business.

Neil leads ANS’ technical product teams and devises the strategic direction of our technology from cloud infrastructure and hardware to security and devops.

Steven is responsible for the overall strategic direction of ANS’ Managed Service function, ensuring the team maintains the highest standards of customer experience from day 1 of an ANS managed service. 

Rachel is responsible for the successful delivery of all ANS Professional Services engagements, including smoothly transitioning customer environments into our Managed Services team.

Jamie leads the internal success of all merger and acquisition activity at ANS, including streamlining business processes with automation to optimise them for future growth plans.

Olivia is responsible for the continuous function of all operational finance activities from payroll to debt collection.

Mary leads commercial finance, helping to develop growth strategies within finance and makes data driven decisions on how we drive commercial success. 

Richard uses his 30+ years experience in running multi-million dollar businesses to guide and advise the ANS leadership team.

Carl has 25+ years’ experience in private equity and is a member of the Investment Committee based at Inflexion’s Manchester business.

James is an Investment Director responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing investment opportunities. He is involved in the investment in Chambers and Partners and is based at Inflexion’s Manchester office.
