Packages and billing
Co-Managed Cloudflare is billed as part of your existing ANS account — there's no separate Cloudflare invoice to manage.
Packages
When you set up a site with Cloudflare, you choose a package that determines the level of performance and security features available (for example, caching behaviour and web application firewall protection). You can view your current package for a site, and change it, from the Cloudflare area in Glass.
Current support scope is aligned to:
- Business plan features.
- Core included feature entitlements.
Paid Cloudflare add-ons are outside standard support scope. If you need an unsupported add-on, raise it with ANS support so the request can be reviewed.
Viewing spend
Glass shows your Cloudflare spend alongside your other ANS services, including month-to-date spend. If you manage multiple sites or accounts, spend is broken down so you can see what each is contributing.
Changing or removing a package
You can upgrade or downgrade a site's package, or remove a site from Cloudflare entirely, from the Cloudflare area in Glass. Changes to your package may affect your billing from the point the change takes effect.
Stopping billing
Billing only stops when Cloudflare resources are deleted through Glass.
If resources remain active, billing continues.
Contract cancellation and PAYG
If you cancel contract terms but do not delete your Co-Managed Cloudflare service in Glass, your service moves to Co-Managed Cloudflare full rate on a pay-as-you-go basis until the service is deleted via Glass.
Getting help
