Jamie Sinclair
Transformation Director at ANS Group
Jamie joined the business in January 2001 as a Technical Consultant. During his time in the business and having transitioned through multiple technical roles covering a vast array of technologies such as Microsoft, VMware, AWS and Cisco, Jamie has led a number of successful business units including Technical and Pre-Sales. Eventually taking on the Operational and Transformational aspirations of the business in his current role as Transformation Director, Jamie is responsible for delivery of the next version of ANS.

Arlene Bulfin
Director of People Development at ANS
With over 10 years’ experience in education and technology, Arlene leads ANS’s people development and tech skills programs. She is responsible for the company’s apprenticeship scheme, ANS Academy and all learning and development initiatives at ANS. A qualified IT and business studies teacher, Arlene's passion and knowledge has seen her speaking at the House of Commons on apprenticeships, running the companies local school engagement program with over 50 local schools and winning a Princess Royal Training award for the apprenticeship program. In October 2021, the Apprenticeship program, led by Arlene, was awarded ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED, one of only two tech business in the UK to get this award.
