Steph Martin

Data COE Lead at ANS

Steph Martin is the Lead Architect for ANS Group’s Data Centre of Excellence (CoE), where she leads a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers, delivering agile, outcome-driven solutions that transform how organisations manage, analyse, and act on their data. Steph is known for her hands-on approach, from facilitating road mapping workshops and service reviews, to complex engineering, and was instrumental in the successful design and delivery of a strategically important project for Shelter, the first NPO to be live with Microsoft Fabric.
