With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jackie has worked in a range of operational, change and transformation leadership roles across life, pension and investment products. They are now responsible for leading OneFamily's Customer, IT and Change, People and Data teams.

Feryal has been the Chief Risk Officer at OneFamily since August 2024, leading the Risk and Compliance functions. Feryal has over 25 years of experience in the life insurance, pensions, and investments sectors. As a Qualified Actuary, she has previously worked with Just Group and Utmost Life and Pensions. Feryal has spent her career leading Actuarial and Risk teams working across a wide spectrum of products.
