What is the Co-managed Copilot & AI Readiness Programme?

It’s a partner-first service that enables you to deliver Microsoft Copilot and AI readiness solutions to your customers, without needing to build the capability in-house. We provide the expertise, frameworks, and managed services; you bring the customer relationship.

Who is the programme for?

It’s ideal for IT consultancies, MSPs and resellers that want to win more complex projects without increasing headcount, by leaning on ANS pre‑sales, solution architects and delivery while keeping their customer relationships.  

What does “co-managed” mean?

Co-managed means we work alongside you. ANS handles the technical delivery, governance, and ongoing support for Copilot and AI services, while you remain the primary partner for your customer.

What Microsoft Copilot products does this programme cover?

The programme supports Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics Copilot, and custom AI agents. We also help customers extend Copilot into line‑of‑business systems where appropriate.

Do my customers need to already have Copilot licences?

No. We can help assess licence readiness, support procurement, and advise on the most appropriate Copilot licensing model based on use cases and maturity.

How is security and data governance handled?

Security is built in from day one. We assess identity, data access, permissions, and information governance before Copilot is deployed. This ensures AI operates only within approved Microsoft environments and aligns with compliance requirements.
