It’s what moving from AI readiness to AI realisation means in practice: cutting through operational noise and giving our teams more time to prevent issues and improve services. For our customers, the value goes beyond faster incident resolution. It means a more proactive services, a clearer understanding of service health, and greater focus on the improvements that matter to their business.”
John Grosshans, President of Field Operations, LogicMonitor, said: “This year’s EMEA Elevate Award winners are proving that the path to Autonomous IT starts with real, measurable improvements in how organisations operate. They’re reducing complexity, giving teams time back and using AI to make better decisions and take more effective action.
