ANS is proud to announce a new partnership with Grŵp Cynefin, a leading North Wales–based housing association and registered social landlord. Grŵp Cynefin manages over 4,500 affordable homes, supported housing schemes, and community projects across the region, playing a vital role in supporting local communities and residents.

Challenge
Grŵp Cynefin faces a security operations capacity gap, with its internal ICT team responsible for a complex IT environment but lacking the resources to deliver 24/7 monitoring, real‑time incident response, and effective triage and escalation. While the organisation is committed to a Microsoft‑first security strategy, it lacks the in‑house capability to operate this approach at scale around the clock.

Solution
ANS will address this by delivering professional services to build out Microsoft Sentinel and providing the ANS Managed Detection and Response service as Grŵp Cynefin’s 24/7 Security Operations Centre. The service delivers continuous monitoring of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and wider security telemetry, enabling real‑time detection, expert response, and executive‑ready reporting, while maximising the value of existing Microsoft E5 Security and Defender XDR investments.
