The Agent-Assisted Agentathon is a new hands-on workshop where you’ll use AI agents as innovation partners to help identify opportunities, generate ideas, define requirements and shape the next generation of agents for your organisation.
Rather than starting with a blank sheet of paper, you’ll work alongside AI to explore business challenges, uncover high-value use cases and build a prioritised backlog of agent opportunities. You’ll see how AI can help accelerate the process of designing agents, defining skills, mapping outcomes and identifying where they can create the greatest impact.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How to use AI to discover and prioritise agent opportunities
- Building an initial backlog of agents and skills for your organisation
- Designing agents around real business challenges and outcomes
- Different types of agents and where they create the most value
- The foundations required to support an agent-enabled organisation
- Governance, controls and guardrails for managing an agent ecosystem at scale
From Idea to Agent
Once the use cases have been identified and prioritised, you’ll work alongside solution architects, AI specialists and business experts in the room to begin bringing them to life. Using no-code and low-code agent development tools, you’ll start defining agent behaviours, skills, knowledge sources and actions, transforming concepts into working agent prototypes that can be refined and expanded after the workshop.

It’s a hands-on workshop where you’ll use AI agents to design the next generation of AI agents for your organisation.
Working alongside AI, you’ll identify opportunities, prioritise use cases, build an actionable backlog, and begin developing agents aligned to real business outcomes.
You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for what’s next, a better understanding of how to scale agent adoption, and the confidence to govern and manage agents responsibly across your business.
We recommend attending as a team of 2-4 people per organisation, with representation from both IT and business functions to ensure technical, operational and strategic perspectives are included.
