Her Future Together by ANS

Women in the Loop: From Conversation to Confidence

AI is changing how we work, lead and innovate. But shaping the future of AI requires more than technology. It requires diverse voices, new perspectives and the confidence to be part of the conversation.

Join us for the launch of Her Future Together by ANS, a new community designed to help women build confidence, capability and influence in the age of AI.

Why Attend?

From boardrooms to frontline teams, AI is transforming the workplace. Yet many women still feel unsure about where they fit into the conversation.

This launch event brings together female leaders, technology experts and organisations already embracing AI to explore how women can move from AI curiosity to AI confidence.

You’ll hear practical insights, honest experiences and real-world perspectives on what it means to lead, influence and succeed in an AI-enabled future.

Whether you’re just getting started or already exploring AI in your role, you’ll leave with greater confidence, fresh ideas and a clearer understanding of the opportunities ahead.

What We’ll Explore

Throughout the session, we’ll discuss:

  • How women can confidently participate in AI conversations and decision-making
  • The skills and mindsets that will matter most in the future workplace
  • What responsible and inclusive AI leadership looks like
  • Real-world lessons from organisations adopting AI today
  • How to stay relevant, curious and empowered as technology evolves

Hear From Leaders Shaping the Future

Our panel will bring together voices from across business and technology, including leaders from ANS, Microsoft and organisations on their own AI transformation journeys.

Expect a mix of strategic insight, practical advice and personal experiences as our speakers share:

  • How they’re using AI to drive innovation and business value
  • Lessons learned from leading organisational change
  • Building confidence and capability in an era of rapid technological change
  • Creating more inclusive opportunities within technology and leadership

Who Should Attend?

This event is designed for:

  • Women interested in AI, technology and innovation
  • Business and transformation leaders
  • HR and people professionals
  • Early-career professionals and future leaders
  • Anyone who wants to better understand AI and its impact on the future of work

No technical experience is required.

Join the Conversation

AI should not be something women feel they need to catch up with. This event is about building confidence, sharing experiences and creating space for more women to influence the future of technology.

Join us for an engaging discussion and be part of the launch of Her Future Together by ANS.
