What information do I need to provide?
Once Dynamics is provisioned in your cloud environment, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire. This will provide us with the detail we need about your sales process and what information you want to see in the system. Our engineers use your responses to update the relevant forms and processes.
How will my data be imported?
We’ll provide templates to import your data into Dynamics 365 from Excel. Data can be directly mapped to accounts, contacts, products, prices, leads and opportunities in Dynamics 365.
What training is provided?
You’ll have access to our Dynamics 365 eLearning library. These modules cover the essential processes and functionality to help everyone quickly gain familiarity and confidence using Dynamics. Tutor-led training courses can be scheduled by allocating time from your subscription.

How do Dynamics 365 Sales licences compare?
D365 Sales Professional licences are subject to the following limitations.
- Up to 15 custom tables.
- Up to 5 guided process flows.
- Up to 2 forms and views.
- Up to 5 system charts and dashboards.
- Up to 15 queues
Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licences are not subject to the above capacity limitations.
Sales Professional licences do not receive usage entitlement for Viva Sales and Power Apps, nor sales goals, forecasting, product families, competitor tracking and business units. In contrast to Sales Enterprise, Professional licences do not receive additional accrued cloud data storage capacity.
