ANS hacks Public Cloud adoption, “fundamentally changing” delivery model

A UK tech firm on a mission to bring cutting-edge technology to all organisations is launching a new managed Public Cloud service for SMBs, slashing the cost and complexity of cloud operations.

ANS Group’s new Public Cloud for SMB offering allows businesses to lift and shift their code into a pre-configured AWS or Azure environment and launch their new cloud platform and virtual machines at the touch of a button.

By fundamentally changing the delivery model – replacing expensive consultation with repeatable automation – digital transformation specialist ANS has removed the costs normally associated with cloud migration for the benefit of its customers.

Businesses then choose the exact level of managed cloud services they need – tailored to SMB requirements and budgets; access support with architectural changes and continuous optimisation from ANS’s Centre of Excellence (COE); or bolt on additional capability in security, DevOps and disaster recovery.

ANS CTO Joe Wolski said: “Public Cloud has for too long been the reserve of organisations with significant in-house skills or huge budgets. The typical digital transformation journey hasn’t moved on in 20 years and involves expensive consultations up front. Then, when the project is finally delivered, the technology and the business have moved on.

“After years of experience bringing enterprises to Public Cloud, we’ve created best-practice templates for cloud environments alongside an affordable managed service, democratising the technology for everyone to use.

“We’re offering SMBs the opportunity to get to the value in their cloud projects very quickly, rather than spending months planning and designing a system that there’s already a best-practise, compliant and secure architecture for.”

The new delivery model also allows customers to migrate managed services across to ANS without having to do a full rebuild of their platform up front.

With a 700-strong workforce and 7,000 B2B customers – from SMBs to large enterprises – ANS is one of Europe’s largest digital transformation providers. ANS recently revealed its new brand identity, reaffirming its commitment to making innovative technology accessible to everyone, no matter their budget.

ANS is now one of a small number of UK-headquartered Azure Expert MSPs to also hold Microsoft’s Cloud Security Advanced Specialisation – the highest level of security specialisation offered by the global tech giant.
