Micheldever Group Transforms Business with Dynamics 365 Migration by ANS

ANS has successfully delivered a Dynamics 365 CRM solution in partnership with Micheldever Tyre Services. Established in 1972, Micheldever Group has become one of the largest tyre wholesalers in the UK, with a nationwide chain of independent fast fit and mechanical garages.
Operating on an outdated and On-Premises Dynamics 2011 solution, Micheldever needed to update their Dynamics solution and, with a strategy focussed around Microsoft technology, decided to migrate to Dynamics 365. This migration has enabled the MTS team to rethink and restructure their internal business processes, aiming to create a business-wide adopted platform.
Through the use of mobile applications and by reorganising the processes that are followed by colleagues using the solution, Micheldever will generate significant gains by enabling their teams to easily capture the customer information that is most pertinent to them. This information can then be shared across the wider business to ensure that the customer receives the best service and that teams operate from a single source of truth.
This has been done to provide MTS operational cost savings, a tool to help increase their revenue and enable them as a business to be more agile to meet the evolving needs of their customers and stakeholders. This is incredibly important to MTS in an increasingly saturated and competitive distribution market.
Micheldever chose to partner with ANS based on their partnership focussed delivery methodology, with knowledge transfer central to this. This was a key decider for Micheldever, who wanted to build internal capabilities to own the solution within the organisation as much as possible.
