ANS Help Fenwick enhance security with Microsoft Sentinel

ANS is working with Fenwick, the independent luxury retailer, to help enhance its security posture by deploying Microsoft Sentinel with the ANS Managed Detection and Response [MDR] service.

The family-owned retailer with roots in the North East uses Azure as its cloud environment and so deploying Sentinel ‘made perfect sense’. Fenwick chose ANS as its security partner to help with deployment and ongoing management as they are in the top 1% of Microsoft’s Security Partners and to bolster their existing partnership. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security, with advanced specialisms in Cloud Security & Threat Protection, globally and can provide an advanced MDR service from its UK Security Operations Centre [SOC].

The MDR service from ANS prevents modern attacks like ransomware and proactively hunts down threats before they can affect the retailer, 24/7/365. Full end to end protection mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework ensures Fenwick’s environment is continually monitored.  Security Checked [SC] analysts in the ANS UK SOC provide immediate responses to incidents and contain threats around the clock.

Rob Flecknell DevOps Manager from Fenwick commented: “Working with ANS we can tap into highly sought after security engineers at the fraction of the cost and with little impact on our resources. We can concentrate our internal capabilities on the keys areas of technology led business transformation.”

As part of the relationship, Fenwick gets access to the latest security know-how and best practice via ANS’ unrivalled relationship with Microsoft. ANS is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security, with advanced specialisms in Cloud Security & Threat Protection. It was recently awarded the highest level of security certification from Microsoft, the Cloud Security Advanced Specialisation, meaning Fenwick can rest assured that its cloud environment has the best and most update defence.
