ANS Achieves Microsoft’s Highest Level Cloud Security Specialisation

With demand for cloud services accelerating and cyber threats continuing to evolve, digital transformation provider ANS Group has earned Microsoft’s Cloud Security Advanced Specialisation.

The award is the highest level of specialisation offered by Microsoft and demands an exceptional level of delivery for customers and proof of outstanding skills, knowledge and training within the organisation.

ANS becomes one of only a small number of UK-headquartered Azure Expert MSPs to also hold the Cloud Security Advanced Specialisation, further underlining the firm’s credentials as a leading specialist in managing end-to-end security alongside the underlying infrastructure.

The news comes just weeks after ANS joined Microsoft’s Intelligent Security Association (MISA) – an ecosystem of technology providers who have integrated their solutions with Microsoft products to provide customers better protection, detection, and response.

ANS CTO Joe Wolski said: “The market is shifting and organisations are increasingly looking for a partner that can help them get the most from their cloud environment and then secure that environment in the face of evolving threats. We’re proud to demonstrate – through our expert Azure MSP status and now this advanced security specialisation – that we’re at the top of the game in both areas.

“Consolidation makes sense when customers want continuity of support and clear lines of responsibility. When you bring management of your digital services into one place there are no blurred lines and no delays when action needs to be taken. Plus, we can offer customers economy of scale on security services when we’re working with them on wider digital transformation initiatives.”

ANS supports thousands of businesses – from SMBs to large enterprises – in transforming and securing their digital estate. The company offers public and private cloud alongside a range of Microsoft security products as well as bespoke solutions built in-house.

ANS CEO Paul Shannon added: “It’s testament to our culture of continuous improvement and learning that we’ve been able to achieve this huge stamp of approval. There is an amazing hunger at ANS to learn new skills and to continue to grow. As a business we’re delighted to provide all the necessary funding and support to ensure our team have the opportunity to spread their wings.”
